New Media is a Digital Marketing Solutions Provider that services numerous companies in Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.  To support our office in Indonesia, New Media is looking for a Business Director with the ability to work with a team of driven professionals. • Develop a marketing plan to expand business,and identify specific opportunities for growth
• Work with the management team to pitch for new business
• Provide leadership for staff to establish and achieve annual and long range business goals, overseeing the finances and revenue forecasts of New Media
• Provide strategic communications guidance and high quality work product to key clients.
• Identify emerging issues and trends relevant to digital marketing
• Represent New Media at key conferences, forums, and events
• Champion key initiatives related to delivery of New Media’s products and services
• Frequently report on key initiatives and progress to Executive Management
  

He/she will report directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements:

• 5 - 7 years experience in a related position
• Significant knowledge about Marketing & Advertising, Digital Marketing Knowledge a plus
• Excellent English skills - written and spoken
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience in project coaching people to perform in a new and fast changing environment
• Committed to maintain high quality standards and always improve his/her own skill-set
• Committed to service excellence and client’s success
• Pro-active communicator (English and Bahasa) to clients and all functions within the organization
• Able to work in a fast changing environment
• Literate in MS Office
• Educational Experience: Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant discipline, preferable MBA
