Interactive Account Manager :

The Account Manager will be a key member of the Account Management Team and will work closely with the Managing Director. The candidate must have excellent account management capabilities, and deep understanding of client relationship management and the client’s marketing needs.

• Develop winning proposals, maintain a good client relationship and identify new up-selling opportunities
• Identify new business opportunities and pitch for new business
• Meet revenue targets for existing clients
• Ensure revenue is being collected in time
• Negotiate favorable payment terms with our major clients
• Frequently report accurate sales and opportunity statistics to the Executive Management Team
• Identify new business opportunities
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in a related position
• Significant knowledge about Marketing, Online Marketing Knowledge a plus
• Excellent English skills - written and spoken
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience in project coaching people to perform in a new and fast changing environment
• Committed to maintain high quality standards and always improve his/her own skill-set
• Committed to service excellence and the client’s success
• Pro-active communication to clients and all functions within organization
• Able to work in a fast-changing environment
• Literate in MS Office
• Educational Experience: Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant discipline, preferable MBA
