• Build and grow your Sales and Marketing team.
• Develop multi-tiered agency-client relationships. Effectively,manage team
• Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment
• Provide team leadership that rewards creativity
• Maintain a long term focus on customer strategic issues and overseeing all
strategy development for client accounts
• Implement company directives
• Confer with creative and media teams to develop campaign strategy select media
• Determine timing and placement of materials and estimate costs
  
  

He/she will report directly to the Account Management Director with dotted line report to the Managing Director.
The Account Director will also be responsible in supervising Account Managers and Account Executives and other staff as appointed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in advertising sales with at least 3 years experience managing a sales team
• Online advertising sales experience is a strong advantage
• Experience working in advertising agency is a must
• Sales team management experience is a plus
• Able to work under intense pressure and deliver results
• Good command in English and computer literacy
